General Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully BEFORE using http://www.gamersrepair.com (the "Service") operated by Gamers Repair ("us", "we", "our", or "GRS").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchasing including, without limitation, your full name, company name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information such as credit card information. An order is not binding upon GRS until it is accepted; GRS must receive payment in full before accepting an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, Paypal, or some other method prearranged with GRS. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice. Payment is due immediately. GRS does not accept invoiced orders or orders charged to accounts on 30 day notes. Additionally, if payment is not completed for an order within 24 hours of the order being created, GRS reserves the right to cancel the order without notice to you.
Your total cost for purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your GRS invoice. However, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned to GRS for a refund.
Warranties & Guarantees
GRS stands behinds its products and takes pride it is operations. Any product(s) on your GRS invoice is covered under that product’s delegated warranty and associated return policy, respectively. For more information about Warranties related to our repair services, see below.
GRS is proud to offer a return policy on all our products. Each product has its own delegated warranty and associated allowed return policy. Any return being made to GRS is required to have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and must meet the eligibility of both our Overall Return Guidelines and the associated Return Policy. We recommend reading our Return Policy BEFORE purchasing.
If you purchase a repair service from us, the price paid at the time of checkout only includes parts & labor for the initial issue you are claiming. If (after the initial repair is completed) your item requires secondary repairs to function 100%, you will be responsible for paying any extra charges (parts & labor) which we will quote to you before any repairs are performed. If you agree to the extra charges, you will be required to pay the extra charges BEFORE we will return your item to you. If you decide not to have the secondary repairs done, we will return your item to you AS-IS with ONLY the initial repair completed and warranted.
Repair Services: Parts & Labor
When you purchase a repair service from us, the price you paid at the time of checkout ONLY includes parts and labor for the initial issue you are claiming. If (after the initial repair is completed) your item requires secondary repairs to function 100%, you will be responsible for paying for any extra parts needed to perform the secondary repairs plus an additional $25 labor charge. These are referenced above as "extra charges." ALL secondary repairs performed and paid for will be fully covered under our Standard Warranty.
We offer a variety of repair warranties. Each warranty is covered for it's stated time period starting five (5) business days after the date of shipping the repaired item back to you. Warranties include any parts used in the repair, and all labor. If a warranted repair defects within the warranty's time period, all parts, labor, and shipping to and from you are covered. If a warranty repair is performed, the warranty period DOES NOT reset, but continues from the original repair invoice. Warranties ONLY cover the repair or repairs which were performed. They do not include other components or functionality of the item which was not repaired.
Repair Completion Time
Although our main goal is to repair your console back to 100% working status in as little time as possible, there are several variables which sometimes prolong the repair process. The repair completion time starts at the time we check your item in (not when it is delivered by the carrier), and could take several days depending on variables such as repair load, parts availability, and staff. Even though we keep a wide variety of our own replacement parts in stock, we also sell these parts directly to our customers. Therefore, there are times where we may be out of stock of a part needed to complete a repair. In this case, the repair is reliant upon the date our stock is replenished. If we have a large number of repairs to complete, repair completion time may take longer depending on when the item for repair is checked it. We process repairs (as fast as possible) in the order received. Occasionally we are short staffed which obviously hinders the repair completion time.

GRS has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that GRS shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
