General Terms & Conditions
This is Gamers Repair General Terms & Conditions Policy. Any references below such as “us”, “we”, “our”, or “GRS” pertains to Gamers Repair and/or gamersrepair.com. Any references below such as “you,” “your”, or “yours” pertains to any customer of Gamers Repair.
An order is not binding upon GRS until it is accepted; GRS must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, Paypal, or some other method prearranged with GRS. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice. Payment is due immediately. GRS does not accept invoiced orders or orders charged to accounts on 30 day notes. Additionally, if payment is not made for an order within 24 hours of the order being created, GRS reserves the right to cancel the order without notice to you.
Your total cost for purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your GRS invoice. However, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned to GRS for a refund.
Warranties & Guarantees
GRS stands behinds its products and takes pride it is operations. Any product(s) on your GRS invoice is covered under that product’s delegated warranty and associated return policy, respectively.
GRS is proud to offer a return policy on all our products. Each product has its own delegated warranty and associated allowed return policy. Any return being made to GRS is required to have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and must meet the eligibility of both our Overall Return Guidelines and the associated Return Policy. We recommend reading our Return Policy BEFORE purchasing.
