Replacing the logic boards has know to resolve errors such as the Xbox SERIES X not powering on, powering on then off, or the Xbox SERIES X having no power at all.  This set also is an OEM replacement for any console with a bad board which needs to be replaced.  *PLEASE NOTE: The entire set needs to be replaced in order for the installation to be successful--all 4 pieces are hard-coded together or "married" as a set.
