I had actually been told by another repair shop that the Xbox one x was beyond repair after lightning damage, so I just gave up and brought out the Xbox one to play. After the current Xbox I was counting on buying sold out and is now unavailable I decided to get the one x fixed and happed to find gamers repair. I sent an email to ask if they would even take a look at it and I was told they had done repairs like this before.
