I was pleasantly surprised to have received this replacement fan on a Monday morning after placing my order early Friday morning. The original fan on my Xbox One S (2TB) had simply stopped working altogether which caused the console to overheat and shut itself down after about 10 minutes. My console was no longer under warranty so sending it in for repair would have ran me a cool $200.
After watching a few YouTube videos on how to get the console open without breaking anything I was confident I could handle the operation.
