Our PS4 Motherboard is fairly simple to install, but does require some technical skills! It is an OEM direct replacement for the PS4 CUH-1215* models so it fits directly into place. Before installation applying thermal compound grease to the processor is required to securely insulate it to the heat sink. We recommend using Arctic Silver 5 OR Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut . Heat sink clamps to the motherboard securely. No need for soldering. Just install the motherboard, reassemble your PS4 console, and you’re all done!

the first board I received was packaged very well, but it was missing the tiny power switch. Jarrett was incredibly quick to respond and get the issue sorted out and they shipped a new board right away with 3 day shipping. I'll definitely come back in the future if i need more parts, as I know I can count on their support if something isn't right.
