Our PlayStation 5 motherboard is a pretty straight-forward installation, but does require some technical skills.  It is an OEM direct replacement for the PlayStation 5 so it fits and installs directly into the PlayStation 5 enclosure.  First apply liquid metal to the APU (All-in-One Processor).  Next, install the PlayStation 5 Mainboard into the PS5 enclosure assembly, plugging the two flat pins into the power supply (installed underneith).  Install the heat sink pressure plates, and install the top metal housing--replacing it's 10,000 screws (not literally).  Install the matching PCB (daughter board) into the Optical Disc Drive as these two boards are a matched (married) set.  Reassemble your PS5 system and you're done!

PLEASE NOTE: The PS5 uses liquid metal in place of thermal paste.  We recommend using Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Liquid Metal. The original optical drive PCB (circuit board) will need to be replaced with the PCB accompaning our motherboard.  They are a matched set, and will not work without BOTH pieces being installed.
