We will accept items for return within the products specified return/warranty period (see product description) starting from the date of delivery. Items can be returned for any reason (changed mind, didn't like it, etc) for a replacement or full refund. If the item is being returned due to an error on our part (ex. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs. We do not charge any type of return or restocking fees on returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 - 7 business days after we have received the item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping carrier. This is the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Customer is required to ship the return product(s) with sufficient shipping packaging and void fill material inside to prevent product from physical damage during return transportation. Customer is responsible for any loss and damages in return shipping. Any loss or damages during the return shipping due to insufficient shipping packaging may result the return to be rejected back to you or charges to be applied to your refund determined by our return processing center.
