First start a repair by purchasing our repair service. We have simplified the guess work when it comes to repair. Now, any repair starts with a diagnosis and a quote. Your initial payment is applied to the final repair balance once it is completed. (More Below)
Ship Your Repair
Now that you have a repair order in place, you can ship your repair to us. We offer bundles for this step with our commercial pricing. You can select to have a pre-paid label emailed to you, or have us ship a repair package with includes everything you need!
Diagnosis & Quote
Once we have received your repair, we will diagnose the problem and provide you with a detailed quote. Optionally, you can request a preliminary quote prior to starting your repair so you have an idea of what the repair will cost before you ship it in.
Get Back to Gaming!
Once you approve the repair quote, we can repair your system and ship it back to you. Your repair is backed by our industry-leading 180-day warranty! If you have trouble during the warranty period, we will cover the cost of returning your system for warranty work!

Xbox ONE Original Repair FAQs
On average, repair takes around 1 - 2 weeks from the time it arrives to the time we ship it back out. However, repair turnaround time varies depending upon certain variables such as repair load, parts available, and staff.
We know you work hard for your money. For that reason we strive to keep repair costs in a range that is considered "feasible" to the majority of our customers.
Generally, repairs to the Xbox ONE Original console cost less than $100. The highest repair cost would be if your console required a motherboard replacement which runs around $95.
The good news is we will provide you with a detailed quote before we proceed with any repairs. You must then approve the repair before moving forward.
- First we will test and diagnose your Xbox ONE Original . We will provide you with a detailed quote to repair your console.
- Once you approve the quote, we can move forward with the repair. No payment is due until we have completed your repair, and have it ready to ship back to you.
- Once repair is completed and we have confirmed payment for the repair balance, we can safely ship your system back to you.
Sometimes it doesn't seem logical to put money into a dying system--we get it. When this happens, we consider the initial payment (made when you first start/purchase the repair service) as collateral toward our estimate/bench fee.
This charge covers time spent diagnosing your console, supplies, and other miscellaneous costs required for processing your repair.
In our past 15 years of service, we have discovered that without an "initial charge" for repair, we end up with a lot of open-ended repair orders that never follow through. By charging a small fee, we can reduce those purchases which are not "serious buyers" or are just trying to cause problems.
No worries though, once you approve your repair, we will apply the initial payment toward the final balance!

XBox would not start, suspected hard drive failure due to noise and classic symptoms. GamersRepair email communication throughout the process was excellent, especially letting me know it was indeed the hard drive. They were surprisingly fast fixing the XBox. After getting the XBox back, be prepared to reset the video resolution to the OEM default (pushing power and eject button simultaneously for 10-20 secs). Overall excellent service.

Con: Once repair was completed and shipping label was printed, it was 3 business days, with a 3 day weekend in the middle, (6 days total) before it was actually shipped out. I subtracted 1 star for that.

My XBox One is only seven years old. One day I started it, and it went to the blank screen after the logo. I went to several forums that informed me about fixes. Unfortunately, mine was beyond this. I contacted Microsoft, and even though their costumer service was great, My XBox was too old for them to repair. I looked at several sites that stated they would repair my XBox, but the deciding factor for Game Repair was simply that they send you a box and address too mail them your consol. That box showed up two days later. Three days later, I email them that I was concerned because the console was old. I received an email a couple hours later, basically explaining they have resources, and I will get my box back good as new, i.e. “Dude, we got this.” I received emails saying they had received the box, emails saying who was working on my XBox, and email saying it is good, and in the mail. After downloading my games and personal data back into my XBox, it is running good as new, and I haven’t slept because I’ve been up all night gaming.
