I was pleasantly surprised to have received this replacement fan on a Monday morning after placing my order early Friday morning. The original fan on my Xbox One S (2TB) had simply stopped working altogether which caused the console to overheat and shut itself down after about 10 minutes. My console was no longer under warranty so sending it in for repair would have ran me a cool $200. After watching a few YouTube videos on how to get the console open without breaking anything I was confident I could handle the operation. This replacement fan cost me a $20 and some change and I was able to swap it out in under 15 minutes. Still can't figure out why the old one just stopped working, no visible damage or loose connections to any of the wires, but the replacement works great and my console is good as new. Can't thank you guys enough! If I ever need anymore parts I know where to start Gamersrepair.com!
The site was easy to find what I needed to fix my son's XBOX. The fan came in secure packaging and on time. Much cheaper than having Microsoft fix which would have taken twice as long. All is working great.
Prompt response and an exact match of the existing fan. Works great!
