Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offer

• Free Domestic Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $30 (pre-tax).

• Shipping Upgrades: If you need your items sooner, expedited and overnight shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

• Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.

Domestic Order Processing (U.S.)

• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day.

• Standard Processing: Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Expedited Shipping	2 – 4 Business Days
Overnight Shipping	1 – 2 Business Days*

 

Note on Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST Monday–Thursday arrive next day. Orders placed on Friday before 3:00 PM arrive the following Monday (sometimes Tuesday). Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.

International Shipping

• Transit Times: Delivery times for international orders vary significantly depending on the destination country and the carrier selected.
  
  

• Duties & Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Customs Delays: Please be aware that your package may be held at customs until all duties and taxes are paid. We have no control over these delays or the associated costs.

• Custom Quotes: If you do not see shipping options available for your specific destination during checkout, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours.
