Your access and use of gamersrepair.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the following terms. These terms apply to ALL visitors, users, and others who access or use gamersrepair.com and the services therein.

General Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully BEFORE using gamersrepair.com (the "Service", "website") operated by GamersRepair® ("us", "we", "our", or "GRS").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Additionally, you consent that you have viewed and understand our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and any of our other Store Policies. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

 

Orders & Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your full name, company name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information such as credit card information. An order is not binding upon GamersRepair® until it is accepted; GamersRepair® must receive payment in full before accepting an order.

Payment for product(s) ordered is due before shipment. Customers can make payment by any of the payment methods offered by GamersRepair®. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice. Payment is due immediately.

 GamersRepair® does not accept invoiced orders or orders charged to accounts on 30 day notes. Additionally, if payment is not completed for an order within 24 hours of the order being created, GamersRepair® reserves the right to cancel or remove the order without notice to the customer.

 

Shipping Charges

We offer Standard Shipping (USPS and UPS ) on a wide variety of our products and services. We also offer expedited shipping options available at the time of checkout.

The cost of any shipping or any shipping upgrades will be added to the total of the invoice at the time of checkout.

Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our products & services and take pride in our operations. Any product(s) on your GamersRepair® invoice are covered under that product’s delegated warranty and associated return policy, respectively. For more information about Warranties related to our Repair Services, see below.

 

Repair Services

If you purchase a repair service from us, the original price paid only includes parts & labor for the initial issue you are claiming. If (after the initial repair is completed) your item requires additional repair, you will be responsible for paying any extra charges (parts & labor) for such repair, which are agreed upon by you and GRS.

We will provide a quote to you for any additional repairs before any are performed. If you agree to the charges, you will be required to pay the full amount due BEFORE we return your item to you. If you decide not to have any additional repairs performed, we will return your item to you AS-IS with ONLY the initial repair completed and warranted.

Repair Warranty

We take pride in the work we do, and we stand behind our service.

ALL repairs include our industry-leading warranty of a full one hundred and eighty (180) days starting from five (5) business days from the date the repair package is shipped back to you (the customer).

Our warranty covers any parts used in the repair, labor to perform the repair correctly, and return shipping charges that apply. If a warranted repair is required within the warranty time period, all parts, labor, and shipping charges to return your item back to us are covered.

In the event that your item needs warranted repair, we will repair your item again (if possible). However, the warranty period DOES NOT reset, but continues from the original warranty date. In the event we are unable to repair your item for warranty, we will either replace it OR refund your repair payment based on a pro-rated scale.

Warranty ONLY covers the repair or repairs that were performed. It DOES NOT cover other components or functionality of the item that were not repaired, OR the item itself as a whole. You must notify us of any defect in a repair via email, text message, our contact us form, or some other form of written communication. It is required that we receive notification of any such claim during the warranty period in order to be eligible for a warranted repair. All other claims will be rejected as they will be outside the scope of the warranty time period.

We are dedicated to providing a service built on integrity and transparency. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we are committed to working diligently to reach a fair and equitable resolution to any issue that may arise.

 

Repair Service Duration

Although our main goal is to repair your console to 100% working status in as little time as possible, there are several variables that can affect the time it takes to complete your repair.

The repair completion time starts at the moment we confirm the arrival of your item OR check your item in (not when it is delivered by the carrier).  Service duration can take several days, depending on variables such as repair load, parts availability, and staff. If we have a large number of repairs to complete, the repair timeline may take longer depending on when the item for repair started processing.

Repair Order Processing

We process repairs in order received. However, for urgent repairs, we offer a Rush Repair. This service ensures your device is prioritized immediately upon arrival, bypassing the standard waitlist.

Rush Repair Service: By selecting the "Rush Repair" option, the Customer agrees to an additional fee of $50.00. This fee grants the device Priority Status, effectively moving it to the front of the repair queue immediately upon arrival at our facility.

  • Processing Window: We aim to complete all Priority Status repairs within a 24 to 48-hour window starting from the time the device is checked into our system.

  • Exclusions: This time frame applies strictly to the diagnosis and repair labor ("Bench Time"). It does not include shipping transit times to or from our facility.

  • Contingencies: The 24-48 hour window is subject to parts availability. If specific components required for the repair are not in stock and must be ordered, the Rush Service timeline will pause until the necessary parts arrive. In such events, the device remains at the front of the queue for immediate service upon part receipt.

Important Notices:

  • The Rush Repair Service fee covers the prioritization of the device and is non-refundable, regardless of parts availability.

  • If we are unable to complete the repair within the specified window due to our own internal delays (excluding shipping or parts availability), the $50 fee will be refunded.

 

Same Day Repair Service

We do not yet offer same-day service to our walk-in customers—patience, young-pattawon.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
